We process and ship all orders with care. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to the United States

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard shipping — 5 to 12 business days
• Express shipping — 3 to 7 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or at 17track.net.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CogniBlend is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office and check with neighbors before reaching out to us.

If you believe your package is lost in transit (no movement for more than 10 business days), contact us at contact.cogniblend@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact.cogniblend@gmail.com — we can only modify the address before the order is dispatched.
